This company does ATM and POS processing. This includes building applications for settlement, mobile processing, and transaction billing. Along with development there has also been an on-call maintenance rotation.

I had an internship before I graduated that involved refactoring and updating the C++ code for the Minibase DBMS that's used in many database classes. This required understanding the different types of memory management systems used and implementing them in an object oriented manner.
